PARADOR
For the most beautiful home in the world
“We make your home the most beautiful home in the world” – with this promise Parador has been developing products for floor, wall and ceiling design with the highest standards of design and quality for more than 40 years. The range includes engineered wood floorings, laminate florrings and resilient floor coverings as well as wall and ceiling panels, which are manufactured at the German headquarters in Coesfeld and at the Austrian production site Güssing.
Committed to the claim to not only sense trends, but to set trends, Parador cooperates with well-known international designers such as Zaha Hadid, Karim Rashid, Alfredo Häberli or, most recently, Hadi Teherani. Several times Parador has already received prestigious awards for its designs.
Parador products are characterized by intelligent technology and attention to detail. A willingness to develop and ingenuity accompany their production. This results in creative designs, installation optics and finishes for convincing and extraordinary products that underscore Parador’s creative leadership claim. Impulsive developments in architecture and home decor, the detection of trends, inspiration from lifestyle, craft and art inspire the product developers and designers of Parador to new concepts. The maxim is: Parador is genuine, innovative and sophisticated.
In 2018 Parador hit the market with two outstanding innovations: Modular ONE, a resilient floor covering that is pvc-free, suitable for damp rooms and with a look and feel like real wood, and the new POS StudioConcept. With its new concept, Parador here focuses on a strong POS that supports its retail partners in this development. The new StudioConcept is constructed in a modular way: Parador offers a whole range of modules for the different requirements so that every need can be met: sample sizes, wall or even room presentations – inspiring and brand shaping, but also informative and adapted. Information about the individual products is understandable and to the point, and, together with the strong, emotional images, form a trusting basis for buying Parador products.
A new digital offer was created to support the sales process in the best possible way: the info point is a simple, intuitive tool that helps the buyer and seller during the purchase process.
As a traditional wood processing company, Parador is committed to the responsible use of natural resources and sets ecological standards in materials, production, packaging and logistics. Since 2011, Parador has been a partner of the “Plant-for-the-Planet” foundation, which is committed to afforestation worldwide.
Since July 2018, the Indian building material manufacturer HIL Limited has been the new main owner of Parador.
