On April 1, Siniat and Promat merged into a joint venture called Etex Building Performance. Siniat and Promat remain separate brands, according to a statement, but pool their respective competencies under one roof.
The managing director of the new company is Bernhard Lüdecke, who previously was the managing director of Siniat and of Promat. Lüdecke will remain the managing director of the Etex Building Performance in Austria, which has been independent with the Siniat and Promat brands since the beginning of the year. The contact persons in the areas of sales, application technology and customer service are also retained for both brands.
The headquarters of Etex Building Performance is in Ratingen. There is also a second seat in Oberursel. The production sites Peitz, Lippendorf and Hartershofen remain under the new name as production sites. The same applies to the three sales offices in Berlin, Oberursel and Stuttgart.
