Explore the future of construction where innovation meets human insight.

Join us at TU Delft, a global leader in engineering and sustainable construction research. Get inspired by keynote speaker René Boender, renowned Gen Z workplace expert and bestseller author, as he explores how the next generation is reshaping work by bridging technology and human collaboration.

From the future generation to the future of building is a natural next step: Daniel Hall, Associate Professor in the Department of Architecture and the Built Environment, Design & Construction Management of TU Delft, will share insights into the future of the built environment and introduce the Masterclass programme scheduled for October 2026.

Experience our new shareholder–supplier format: business speed dating sessions per region with no stands and no product displays, focused entirely on building meaningful contacts and collaborations.

Connect, share, and co-create the next era of construction and supply-chain excellence.

Our keynote speakers:

René Boender

René Boender is a sharp-eyed trendwatcher, thought leader and bestweller author who lives at the intersection of culture, technology, and human behavior.

Known for translating complex shifts into clear, punchy insights, he has advised brands and leaders on how tomorrow’s consumers and workers really think – often before they know it themselves.

What sets him apart is his ability to move effortlessly between boardrooms and street culture, treating TikTok trends and organizational strategy with equal seriousness.

In his keynote on Gen Z and the new generation of workers, René challenges outdated assumptions and shows why the future of work belongs to those who dare to unlearn first.

Most people come for the stars, the big names. But it is better to listen to the producers of the stars. The ones that make them shine. That’s what happened to the audience here in New York! René Boender is game, set and match in one energetic movement. His inspiring humour, know-how and the feeling that everyone can do it (what he just said) made me and everyone tick! M.R. Daniel M. Hall

Daniel M. Hall is an Associate Professor at TU Delft, where he works in the Faculty of Architecture and the Built Environment on Design and Construction Management.

He earned his PhD in Civil and Environmental Engineering at Stanford University (USA) and previously served as Assistant Professor of Innovative and Industrialized Construction at ETH Zürich (Switzerland).

His research focuses on transforming the building industry through industrialized, digital, and data-driven construction methods. Hall is particularly active in integrating BIM, digital twins, and supply-chain data to improve how projects are delivered. He is also a leading voice in circular and sustainable construction systems and studies how new technologies reshape workflows, collaboration, and business models.

His work has strong relevance for the future of building materials, procurement, and logistics and he frequently collaborates with industry partners to help modernize the construction sector.
