Last week, EUROMAT and UFEMAT came together in Brussels for a strategic meeting — and the outcome couldn’t be clearer: our missions and ecosystems are highly complementary
We are united by a common goal: to establish a strong, collective voice for builders merchants across Europe and to provide meaningful value to our members by addressing key European legislative developments. This includes evolving regulations such as the EU Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation (PPWR) and the upcoming Digital Product Passport (DPP).
In today’s challenging market, cooperation isn’t just beneficial—it’s essential. By combining our resources, expertise, and networks, we’re strengthening our industry’s position and creating new opportunities for all stakeholders.
That’s why UFEMAT and EURO-MAT will be uniting at the upcoming UFEMAT Congress in Milan from September 11-12, 2025, marking a historic first step toward creating a unified voice for builders merchants across Europe.
