The end of November was very busy for PSB Central office – there were conferences with Partners and the biggest PSB’s Suppliers, as well as the 2nd PSB Garden Fair in Ossa. All conferences were very fruitful. Grupa PSB gives thank to all participants for their presence and opinions, as well as the concluded contracts.
The Central office of Grupa PSB started meetings with the representatives of Suppliers to discuss trade and marketing cooperation in the coming year.
Also in November the PSB’s member of the board, Mirosław Lubarski took part in Euro-Mat’s meeting of shareholders in Atlanta. During the meeting, the participants visited the central office and a local outlet of Home Depot network – the biggest American and world DIY network. Below are few data about the network.
The company is 40 years old, it has 2,000 outlets in USA (with an average size of ca. 10,000 m2), employment – 400,000 people (6,000 in the Central office). Turnover in 2019 is estimated 108 billion dollars, in this figure private label products – 20%. Only 4% of all customers are building contractors but they make 45% of the turnover and this part of market is still increasing. The share of e-commerce is 10% of the turnover which is 70% increment in the last three years. Home Depot is the 5th biggest e-commerce network in USA.
We would like to inform you that the 18th PSB Spring Fair will take place on 4-5th of March 2020 in Kielce. The 6th Autumn Fair is planned on 8-9th September in Ossa, while the 3rd PSB Garden Fair and conferences on 24-25th November 2020.
