Unique Berdal service

Berdal’s customers are already familiar with the silkscreen quality. From April, it will be possible to label Gripline construction buckets by means of ‘In-Mould Labelling’ (IML). Compared to traditional printing techniques, IML allows for all-round printing of large areas. During the production process, the label is applied directly to the bucket; a label is fully integrated into the injection moulding process.

Berdal is the only manufacturer in Europe that provides buckets with a full colour and a full wrap label by means of IML. The name ‘full wrap labelling’ means that the bucket is completely covered with a label on the outside. This IML technique is beneficial because:

  • The technique is sustainable
  • Products are resistant to moisture and temperature fluctuations
  • The end result is scratch and tear-resistant

 

The Gripline Harmonica Comfort and FENTO 150 kneepads

It’s common knowledge that construction is physically demanding work, which is why Berdal is introducing two kneepad updates. The Harmonica kneepads are now equipped with a new inlay, which provides additional support to the knee and greater comfort for long-term use. In other words, the ideal kneepad for the professional. These kneepads will be available from March.

In addition to the updated Gripline Harmonica Comfort, Berdal will also be selling the FENTO 150 kneepads from March. In collaboration with physiotherapists, FENTO develops kneepads that combine ergonomics and solidity. The FENTO 150 kneepads do not cut into the hollows of the knees and are: lightweight, sustainable, and easy to keep clean thanks to the abrasion-resistant bottom. Ideal for use in the construction sector.
