Udo Weimer, previously Managing Director Sales for Germany, Austria and Benelux, is leaving the PCI Group. The separation takes place for personal reasons in the best mutual agreement, it says in the company announcement.
The reorganization of the sales organization as a result of the acquisition of Thomsit and the in-licensing of the Ceresit brand for Western Europe with a clear focus on the core market in Germany, made it necessary to concentrate the operational management in the headquarters in Augsburg, the statement said. Udo Weimer, whose office was in Hamm, would therefore leave the company for personal reasons. He is the PCI but in transition still available in an advisory capacity. Weimer had only moved from Quick-Mix to PCI at the beginning of last year.
Marc C. Köppe will take over the position of General Sales Manager in Germany, in addition to his role as Chief Executive Officer.
