30 new shareholders

Nowebau shareholders choose a ‘true’ solution for middle sized and family-owned companies
After almost two years of negotiations, it has finally happened: since the 1st of January 2010, 30 Nowebau-Shareholders have, with their 69 outlets, become shareholders of the EUROBAUSTOFF Corporation Ltd & Co. Bad Nauheim.
They herewith clearly profess their loyalty towards the middle-sized familyowned companies and decide in favour of a successful and future oriented cooperation. The EUROBAUSTOFF Head Office now cares for a total of 492 EUROBAUSTOFF specialised dealers, present in altogether 1.280 locations.
